Ironically, this week's challenge at The Paper Players is "Sympathy". I thought I would participate since I've had to create 4 sympathy cards between last week and this week alone. Too many, I agree.
Here is one of the sympathy cards I made for my friend.

Ink: Marina Mist, Wild Wasabi
Paper: Whisper White, Marina Mist
Accessories: Scallop Trim Border, Beautiful Wings Embosslit, 3/8" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon, Basic Pearls

Helen, I'm so sorry to hear about the losses near to you - old or young, it's never easy. I would have never thought to pair Marina Mist with a sympathy card, but I love it here. So appropriate. Thank you for playing along with The Paper Players this week. Brian
ReplyDeleteThank you, Brian. You know, I was thinking of what color I wanted to use and since it's been a sad week, I chose blue for feeling "blue". Although blue is my favorite color, in this instance, I felt it was appropriate. Thank you kindly for sharing your comments!
