Tag, You're it - Festival of Trees

I'm posting double today:  one for my blog and one for The Paper Plunge.  If you haven't seen our new blog, thepaperplunge.blogspot.com, please hop on over to check it out.  We'd love to have you post your creation there ... just make a card with a tag on it, or simply make a tag, whichever you choose.  How easy is that?  I hope you will show us what you've made ... it's a lot of fun!

So for this card, I made a full card, with a full tag on it.  That's it.  I like the way it turned out.  I used the "nordic noel" designer series paper, along with gold foil paper, and the lucky stars embossing folder.  Of course, I used the "festival of trees" stamp set and matching punch.  I'm pleased with the outcome.  I added just a bit of gold embossing and gold glimmer for the star.  Check it out ...

For the extra added touch, I made a bow from the 1" cherry cobbler sheer linen ribbon.  Topping off the sentiment, I added a touch of gold foil to the itty bitty banner framelit and there you have it.

So I do hope you will join us over at thepaperplunge and show us what wonderful work of art you'd like to share with us.

Cheers!!!!
