Coloring Down the Lines - Midnight Muse with a Sketch

I'm so glad to be back, blogging away.   I'm making progress with my knee surgery, although it still is challenging, and yes, it hurts!  This is week 3 for me, and I'm way ahead of the game, so I'm blessed to healing and I'm happy to be back creating!

This week's challenge is Midnight Muse, Rich Razzleberry, Crushed Curry, or Midnight Muse, Cherry Cobbler, Pool Party.  I chose the first option ... and the twist was to find a sketch from another blog or so and use that.

Well, I hope you followed the lineup this week!  Did  you arrive here after visiting Our Crafty Playdate?  Isn't Amanda's creation one of a kind?  I love her work.

So now, here's submission for the week, along with the sketch I chose to pattern my card after.  Hope you like it.

Paper:  midnight muse, whisper white, rich razzleberry, in color & regals dsp
Ink:  crushed curry, midnight muse
Stamp Sets:  daydream medallions, a round array
Accessories:  2 3/8" scallop punch, 7/8" scallop punch, 2" circle die, white grosgrain ribbon

Now let's check out which sketch and card Joni over at Joniinthespotlightstamping came up with.  Happy blogging!!!

  1. Love it! Great use of the colors and great use of the sketch. And a very interesting card. So glad you are feeling much better. Keep up the work with the rehab. Hugs to you.

  2. Adorable and CASE-worthy! Glad to hear your knee is getting better, and that you are now able to create again!!
