Can You Case It - Dots on Parade

It's time to check out the new challenge on Can You Case It, and this  week, it's DOTS.  Well, who can't have fun with dots, right?  I seem to be on a kick using the Starburst Sayings stamp set this week, so I thought I'd end with it as well.

So I got to work and came up with this for the challenge:

Recipe

Paper:  basic black, whisper white, bermuda bay, polka dot parade dsp, kaleidoscope dsp

Ink:  stazon  black

Stamp Set:  starburst sayings

Accessories:  gold elastic cord, starburst framelits, label bracket punch, 1-3/8" circle punch, postage stamp punch, decorate dots EF
